- Ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems: Installation of advanced extraction and cooling systems that are suitable for the temperature of kitchens and prevent odors from leaking into the dining room.
- Plumbing and electrical installations: Installations that can withstand high working pressure and meet the technical specifications of heavy equipment.
- Kitchen fire extinguishing system (Wet Chemical System): Oil and grease fires are among the most dangerous types, so we provide the wet chemical extinguishing system (known as the Ansul system).
- Automatic operation: Thermal sensors activate immediately upon detecting a fire to extinguish the fire in seconds.
- Comprehensive coverage: Insuring the hood, ducts, and cooking surfaces (pans, grills).
- Equipment protection: The chemical used is safe, easy to clean, and prevents the fire from reigniting.
- Early warning systems (Fire Alarm Systems) include the installation of smoke and heat detectors in dining areas and warehouses. Smart control panels are directly linked to the fire suppression system and the HVAC systems for automatic shutdown in emergencies.
- Automatic sprinkler system and fire hoses (Sprinkler System): Design and distribution of sprinkler heads in lounges and corridors according to the Saudi Building Code. Installation of fire boxes and manual fire hose reels, precisely distributed according to the site area.
- Safety-related gas and ventilation systems include the installation of automatic gas shut-off valves (solenoid valves) that cut off the gas supply immediately in the event of an emergency. The extraction system is connected to the fire suppression systems to ensure efficient smoke removal during incidents.
Construction & Fit-out
- Civil works: Implementation of slip-resistant and fire-resistant flooring, and cladding of cleanable walls (according to municipal requirements).
- Carpentry and decoration work: manufacturing counters, fixed seating, and suspended ceilings.
- Final touches: Paints, wallpaper and artistic details that give the place a special touch.
Licensing and Consulting
- Compliance with specifications: Ensuring that all work complies with the requirements of the Civil Defense, the Municipality, and the Food and Drug Authority.
- Engineering supervision: Close monitoring of all stages of implementation to ensure that reality matches the approved design.
